That really depends on where you are in your guitar journey. Have you gone through 30 days? What about the follow up programs and the skills training?
Your profile doesn’t reveal much. If you are a beginner then I would not jump on fretboard immediately, do that on the side if you have time. But if you are a somewhat experienced player you may want to dive into fretboard it that is fun for you. But judging by your original post it seems like you are still learning finger positions so in that case take your time and go through the introductory lessons before starting the daily challenges. Then add in the fretboard wizard.
The most important thing is consistency. I think Tony’s system gives you a little snippet of something to learn everyday, this helps tremendously to keep you on a daily routine.
