Did the movie “A Complete Unkown” inspire you to do a little Dylan? Or was it Wagon Wheel? I like the little musical bridge you use.

Hey – my dad was a huge dylan fan so I listened to a lot of Dylan growing up. I have a bunch of Dylan songs in the repertoire but never got around to learning this one. Then I watched the Complete Unknown movie and was inspired to go get it.

Thanks so much Tricia_Lynn. I really appreciate all the positive encouragement. We’re all on our own journeys and it’s nice to feel like I can give back some of the inspiration I’ve received here so many times. Rock on yourself! 🙂

Great job with all those fast chord changes. I think this one is above my pay grade for now, but perfect for you and your voice.

Every time I hear a Dylan tune I think of my mom who also grew up in Hibbing, Minnesota. She babysat Bobby Zimmerman as he was called then. His family operated a movie theater close to a pharmacy operated by my grandfather. I’ve seen Dylan a couple times in concert. @DiscostewLA your rendition is spot on!

Thanks so much Jack – that really means a lot. And what a cool connection! I remember seeing Dylan and the Dead at the MN state fair when I was a kid but that’s about as close as I ever got. Hope you’re having a nice weekend and getting to play some guitar! 🙂

Great job on the chords, nice!
Love your Taylor too!

Thanks so much. The guitar is a Taylor 714ce with Sinker Redwood top and I swapped out the stock tuners for these sweet Gotoh 510s in smoked chrome – look great and work as smooth as butter. It’s a lifer for sure. Hope you have a great week!
