Chat Support is Gone?
I noticed my stats were way off tonight and wanted to chat with Victoria. The chatbox on the homepage is not available. You can click on the question mark in left bottom corner, this takes you to the Help Center but still no chat available there. What’s going on with TAC right now? It’s feeling a bit deserted.
I did email support@tonypolecastro.com and it didn’t bounce back, so hopefully they’ll respond. But it was odd to see chat support completely removed.

are you sure? I still have it. Did your sceen ratio magnify leaving the icon out of view?

Yes I’m sure and no it’s not my screen ratio. Ctrl +/- lets you adjust the ratio:

we have different views of the page. I do not see a menu bar….that is where that “help” icon lives for what I see. Thats a drag.

Yes, I spoke about the “?” on the far left bottom. If you expand the menu it says “Support”. It still doesn’t get you to the chat support. That used be on bottom right (a yellowy orange square).

Support did respond about the stats:
Our IT Team just completed a few changes and upgrades to the site. One of these items was the streaks issue. It’s finally addressed but needs to settle out in the system. If you don’t mind, give it a few days to do this. We thank you for your patience in the meantime.
