    I have observed and often commented on the athletic nature of guitar. There is a content creator who has brought the concept into the bright light by showing how and why the muscles of your body from finger tip dip joint to rotator cuff interact. I am instantly a better player for having seen his videos. One is for right hand. one is for left hand. David Galvez is the content creators name. Look him up. You will be glad you did.
