    So I believe I purchased Fretboard Wizard in 2020. I do not have access to it and left a message with Help Center for clarification. How often do they reply or on what day? Maybe I’m just looking in the wrong place.

    In my experience, they reply pretty fast, def same day.

    Yes, I’ve found they usually respond quickly. But this is the weekend, and a long holiday weekend at that; so it might not be until Monday when you get a reply. After all, everyone needs time off from work.
