  How I TAC

  1.) How many days per week do you play?

  I normally practice every day. I do take time off once in a while for focused family time.

  2.) What time of day do you play?

  I practice two times a day. In the Morning (0800) and at night (1930). Depending on how my fretting hand feels, I try and sneak in some practice mid-day.

  3.) Where do you play?

  I practice in my guitar den.

  4.) What was your guitar life like before having a guitar routine & how has implementing a consistent guitar routine helped you? (if possible name 3 ways).

  I retired eight months ago and have been a TAC member for north of two months. Since I’ve retired my routine has been the same.

  5.) Bonus Question: What is one non-guitar item that is a must have in your guitar routine?

  Coffee in the morning.
