After playing for several years and seemingly always sounding the same, I decided to add some risk into my playing. I normally just strum and sing a few chords and that would be the end of it. I enjoy the playing but am more concerned with the message of the song. Well, I took a huge risk in a song that even surprised my wife. I took what I learned in the blues lessons and put it into song with my own style and then I took the plunge live and without any thought of what to do. I did a guitar break and I actually did (albeit a bit sloppy). This was truly a huge win for me. I posted the video over in “Post video of self” area but here is the you tube link any way.
