Hey Rob,
everything is very flexible on here. You can do everything at your own pace, pick and choose what you feel capable of doing, do something new or revisit the stuff you’ve done any time you like.
For interest and challenge i would suggest doing a 5-day challenge, doesn’t have to start on a monday as it’s always available. There are many 5-day routines you can tackle, and also there are the skill courses. Oh and of course there is also the daily challenge to follow every week
