  • Jimmie Rodgers: Waiting on a train.

This is probably the hardest song yet I’ve been working on.

    Chords are: C, C7, F/C, D7, G, G7

    The intro: F/ C/ D7-G/ C/C

    The Yodal Riff: C/G/C/C/G7/C

    Ending Riff: C/G/C/C

I love the odd strumming pattern of Jimmie Rodgers and his signature bass runs with the chord transitions. This is definitely a marathon and not a sprint but I’m learning and growing so much with this song.

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time! LOL!
