Journal Question
Hi, trying to use the Journal for the first time. There is only one weekly tracker. Is this meant to be filled in every week? I would like to do it online so would welcome suggestions on how to reuse weekly tracker and be able to keep a record of old weeks. Or, is the idea that you just want to look at the previous week? Also, not sure what to do on the Prepare and Reflect page. Thanks

Hi @aj2323, starting on page 15 the Guitar Journal has a 14 separate pages for each week in the quarter and designated space for each day in the week for journal entries to record your Guitar Progress. I did notice that the 13 pages after page 14 are all numbered 15! 😂
I have not seen nor heard an explanation of the Prepare and Reflect pages. From the layout it seems this could be a place to highlight known or possible roadblocks to your guitar routine and do some planning on how to work with those.

Thanks Kitman, For some reason the one I downloaded from the 90 day celebration page only had 1 sheet. I went back to site and downloaded from the link there.
