Yes, the techniques behind it have been covered at some point in the past. I recall the Tuesday lick was In the Old Mine and the Improvisation Wednesday lesson was called Skippin’ and a Jumpin” and the Rhythm was Transistor Radio but beyond that I’ll not be much help in finding it. You might be able to find it by going to my profile and under those I’ve listed as favorites you might find it. I have read others in the forum direct folks in that manner. Good luck and have fun.

Based on your info, by subbing in the words subbing in “transistor-radio” and “skippin-and-a-jumpin” I found
