Wow. I just had an eerie experience. I carefully composed a very long and positive response to another thread. When I clicked to post my response, things did not seem quite normal. I wanted to edit my response to fix a few spelling errors and I was unable to do that. Then I navigated away from that page and I could not get back to it. Then I looked at the profile page of the original post’s author. Guess what? The post to which I responded did not appear under that person’s list of posts they created. It occurred to me that the post to which I was responding must have been deleted by TAC staff as I was typing my reply. It’s hard coming to the realization that all my effort was wasted. Like some other posts I’ve made, it will never be read.

To paraphrase an expression from my military days, “censorship will continue until morale improves”.

It works, but I heard it “Liberty call is postponed until morale improves.”

    Try not to fret, @dr_dave

The developers have been updating the site (working on speed and caching). There’s been a few times today where we’ve all been automatically logged out and I’m guessing this freak incident is related to all the work behind the scenes.

      Hope so, @levi, thanks.

If that’s the case, it could explain loss of the reply I composed but I fail to understand why I could no longer find the original post to which I was responding, nor the other response that had been posted by another member.
