Second time around on this benchmark week this was easy today only because I have used this chord progression since the first go round as a warm up after my finger stretches everyday before I do anything on tac. But this week I see what I missed last time around was Tuesdays Mission Bell challenge was the same chord progression in a different position as this one, at least the verse, I was able to figure out the chorus with that chord progression on Tuesday and have added that to my warm up this week. The beautiful thing about TAC like Tony says almost every time don’t sweat getting everything each week note for note It Does come back around and after it comes around if you put in at least your 10 to 15 minutes a day it seems so much easier and more clearly when it comes around again !

Thanks for the encouragement. Also, I hadn’t heard anything about warm up exercises so far and I’m glad you mentioned it. I have been neglecting to do them since I started TAC. So much going on…..

If you go into the skill courses that come with TAC, there is one called Daily Stretch for Guitar. I find it very helpfull before I play to do some of the exercises. I do have more reach on the fret board and dont cramp up as much playing when I play for an extended period of time . .

Hello Halifax from across the Bay of Fundy! 🙂

This was a really neat exercise and I’ve been enjoying learning the Eagles lick. It sounds really cool even though I have to go very slowly. The staccato is definitely harder than sustained, but well worth learning. Those 3-note chords will come in very handy.
