    My fretting fingers always hurt.

    I’ve been playing for almost 2 years. I usually do 5 days a week sometimes more. My fingers tips hurt and hardly get calloused enough to remedy the pain. Any fixes? Thanks, Jeff

    Hi Jeff, I read that rubbing/isopropyl alcohol rubbed into the fingertips with cotton wool daily helps to harden them up. Roy

    No hand creme at all. And no washing dishes by hand and no swimming a few hours before playing the guitar.
