New Release: Bad Scotch For a Good Man
I shared an earlier version of this song a few months ago. I wrote it during the holidays while missing my Dad who passed in 2020. He liked his scotch but he new the value of a dollar and was not going to waste it on booze. He was a good man. This is the second single release from the upcoming album “The Counter” that I have been working on for the past year. The album will be released May 19th and was expertly Mixed and Mastered by @branman who I met via TAC 2 years ago. Writing and release music was never in my sights and would never have happened were it not for TAC, the community, and skills I have developed. Some of the song chord progression ideas actually were born out of daily challenge exercises. Thanks again to the TAC community and I hope you like the song.

Just got a note from a person I dont even know who recently lost their Dad and he said the song described his Dad perfectly and brought a smile to his face during a time of great sadness. Every once in a while I start to wonder why I am going to all this trouble to record and release music and then something like this happens and it gives me new energy to keep going.
