Nifty trick, Tony…..or, How time flies!
So, like I join this tac group about 4 months ago cuz this guy says ” you can improve with just 10 minutes a day.” Hey, I’ll go for that and dutifully signed up and struggled through my 10 minutes, which became 15 minutes, which became…..well, you know ……Now I find myself playing for about an hour a day! But Tony said….”only 10 minutes!” well hmmmph! Actually a great win for all of us. Im even playing a little better and trying all sorts of stuff. Thank you, Tony. Thank you tac!

Ditto. I think his objective was to make up pick up our guitar every day knowing many of us would enjoy much longer than 10 minutes.

Great win @Mrfredsporty . Once you set a goal of picking up your guitar everyday (the first step in your Guitar Routine “habit”) you are more than likely going to play it. And when you commit to playing at least 10 minutes (again the Routine) you will most likely play it a bit longer. Especially when you have a love for the guitar and music – then you play for the hour or more we all find ourselves doing!
Tony mentioned once he built the TAC principles around a book he read “Tiny Habits” written by B. J. Fogg. It is a book about how tiny sorrow can lead to big changes.
In any case – keep on playing! 😎🎸🎶
