All dogs go to heaven!!! They are part of the family. I sure hope that you are not singing this song because your dog has gone over the ‘rainbow bridge’. If so, there is likely a shelter near you with another who needs a home. Nice rendition of this old song also.

I have been in this situation and couldn’t do it. In my life I have had many animals end cycles for animals or people are never easy. I searched for 3/4 time music this came up and I had to do it. Waltz beat has always been hard for me the more I do the easier it is getting. Thanks for listening in and commenting. Very much appreciated

Very touching song Dogs animals are special gifts in our lives we just don’t always realize it until they are gone. Thanks for listening in and commenting to this ole song the original song had even sadder verses. This version was sad enough. In my search to learn 3/4 time music it came up and I had to do it.
