open D-Tuning
Ok, I am stumped on my tuning. I can get E A D G B E with no problem. My meter shows it. But when I open Tune, I can get an A D, but the F# will not show. The A D will show, and I can set the string. How do I get F#?

Sounds like maybe your meter is the issue. If it let’s you select the string it may not allow tuning outside the standard G. I would suggest trying a different tuner.

That was helpful. I set the meter to tune in C and got my F# sweet. Thanks for the help.
