Pinky The Drunk Rodeo Clown
how is that for a song title…..
After watching one of my videos I realized when I fingerpick my right hand pinky is not anchored to the guitar body and instead is must moving all over the place, picking away with not a string in sight. Discussing this with others I referred to it as “Pinky The Drunk Rodeo Clown”. Once I visualized that of course it appeared in a dream and my dreams, right or wrong, often become songs….. so …. well…here it is …..

Thanks for listening – it is a fun picking pattern. I actually came up with the picking pattern and chord progression first and then after writing the lyrics I remembered the latter and brought them together.
