Problems playing videos
Is anyone else having trouble with videos pausing or buffering or just not playing. I am getting it at least once a week. Sometimes it resolves quickly. Other times it’s takes longer. On occasion I have had to leave it and try later.
I thought it may be my connection but I can go to YouTube and play those. I have also run Speedtest.net so it’s not my connection.
I can also access the discussion boards and other parts of the site. It seems to be specific to video.
I am using an iPad Pro M4 so it’s unlikely to be device specific.

I had a ton of playback issues back in July when I started, but only on the PLAY videos, the coaching videos always played fine. What I would get is kind of checkered line in the progress bar and it would just freeze there without playing. Occasionally it would play fine but if I stopped and rewind, etc. it would inevitably fail.
I tried every device in my house and the only one that had issues was my Dell Windows 11 laptop that I’m using now. It played on every other laptop, phone or tablet just fine. Opened a support ticket and we never could get to the bottom of it. I switched to a Linux laptop and used that for a couple of months. Then I tried my Dell again and it’s worked fine for the past 4-5 months, still have the Linux box next to me but I never power it on anymore.

I am having same issue and opened a ticket to no avail. I tried my iPad pro, phone and on my iMac and seems to be better. Freezing has occurred just once but a reboot seems to have fixed it.
On play, I got a warbled sound which was annoying in trying to practice but now seems to be fine on iMac. Good luck.
