I am lots of different people, depending on your view
Where you are in history, what you trust is true
I am all of your fear, everything you adore
I may try and stop you, or keep you wanting more

You can’t suppress me, I cannot be appeased
If you try to ignore me, I will bring you to your knees
I cannot be defeated, as I’m never there
I cannot be deceived, when I’m everywhere

I’m the lover; a sinner, a dreamer; a killer
The Teacher; a tyrant, a preacher, a whore

Uncontrolled passion, requires moderation
Avarice is boundless, lacking motivation
Patience is lost, a jealous desire
Humilities overrated, deluded liar

I am, The voice you show
I am, The guilt you know
I am

The devil on your shoulder, the angel you can’t fake
Tell you you’re wrong, in dreams when you wake
I expose the narrative, the choices you could make
I remind you of morality, which path you should take

Controlling; I monitor, evaluate and begin
I’m that thought; that memory, that feelings, that sin

I’m intrigued by the Seven title. Are we inferring the Seven Deadly Sins? There is certainly a moral overtone. You guys are consistently creative.
