Im shouting from the roof top at me and anyone else that waivers a little. “Neither rain nor snow or dead of night…..”In sickness and in health…. just being fed up or tired or discouraged. Or even “Im not making any progress “(want cheese with that whine). Just 2 words of encouragement for me and you…..SHOW UP!

Absolutely the key ingredient, Mrfred! It got me through the past 2 or 3 weeks of the “not making fast enough progress” blues. I know I’m going to face those downer days, but I’m determined to stay the course, all systems go🎸🎤🎼😁

As Gerry B said it spot on– just showing up IS the key ingredient!
I know I get the “whineys” now & again- (mostly self-inflicted, because I’m too damn impatient, load myself up too much, and then I fall victim to my own expectations🤨.
It’s a “swirlin’ turd” downward spiral, and the best way to get out is to have a buddy take you aside, slap you around a bit- (so to speak- not literally), and say “C’mon man- snap out of it!”.
From the original “Top Gun” movie— “C’mon Maverick!! Get back in the game!!”
