    Great win @Stickmaker ! I have sped issues as well I slow my metronome way down (eg 60 BPM) and go for quality first vs speed. The I bump the BPM little by slow and do the same process. Practicing just a short time each day does work! Stick (pun kind of intended 😂) with it!

      Thank you Kitman, I consistently practice most days, Haven’t tried a metronome yet, other than the .5 etch the lessons.

      Taking it slow is easy for me, usually compound low.
