  • Super New and need help

    Help. I just purchased this course a few minutes ago. When I try to open the daily challenge or anything in the skills course past tuning I get a critical error notice. Is the site down? Is this common? Also is there a way to communicate with cs? Email, link etc?

    I have the exact same issue. I experimented a bit and it seems that the TAC website doesn’t display correctly in Google Chrome, with the Daily Challenge section only showing a “critical error”. After opening the website in Microsoft Edge, however, everything works just fine for me, including the Daily Challenge section. Hope this helps.

      Thanks for the reply. I only use chrome and apparently it doesnt work on chrome. Thats a shame. I had high hopes for this program.

        Hi @TammyS and welcome to TAC,

        Don’t be to disappointed if the site is currently broken on your favorite Webbrowser.

        Keeping track with new developments is a challenge for many websites. If a browser gets updates that cause issues on webpages that worked just fine previously it is a matter of time you have to give a WebDev to fix things.

        It’s always good not rely on a single browser. Firefox, safari( Mac) edge (windows) are good alternatives until the TAC has fixed the issues on chrome.

        Definitely report the issue to the support!

        That is weird. I use chrome exclusively and have never had any problem.

    I am not sure what the issue is exactly using chrome. I have been a member now for just over a year and I ONLY use chrome. Has support reached out to you to help?
