TAC routine – Beth L
1.) How many days per week do you play?
— I play everyday during the week and some on the weekends. I always at least log in and get my ten minutes working on the Daily Challenge.
2.) What time of day do you play?
— I play in the morning or around lunch time.
3.) Where do you play?
— At my kitchen table. There is plenty of room and tons of sunlight. I’m in the process of turning the junk stuff room into my Music Room!! So hard to throw things away you think you will need but never touch anyhow lol
4.) What was your guitar life like before having a guitar routine & how has implementing a consistent guitar routine helped you? (if possible name 3 ways).
–It was very sporadic when I would play. Nothing was organized and I couldn’t find anything when I needed it. Now just having my guitar out and seeing it is enough to get me playing several times a day.–I have been able to become a decent flatpicker and can solo with the best of em on Wed improve days….never thought that would come about, thank you Fretboard Wizard!
–I have been playing on Friday night VOM’s which I thoroughly enjoy. Such a hoot!
5.) Bonus Question: What is one non-guitar item that is a must have in your guitar routine?
–My MD/WTR coffee substitute drink!! stuff is amazing & tastes like spiced cocoa

You got a good routine going, Beth! Congrats! The coffee substitute drink is MD/WTR? What’s that stand for?

Stands for Mudwater! Here’s a pic…sorry thats hard to read…says: Marsala Chai (black tea, ginger, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, black pepper) Cacao, Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga, Reishi, Cinnamon, Turmuric, Himalayan Salt.
Very immune boosting & energy providing. I no longer crave coffee….used to drink two pots a day lol And no afternoon caffeine crash. Sometimes have decaf cuz I love the coffee taste. Delish.

@SandyM I didn’t make it last night but I’m aiming for tonite/sat. Haven’t been on this night yet but I’m sure it’s just as fun😎
