Maybe the biggest AHA since I joined TAC years ago!

Todays lesson demonstrated a simple framework that I have been seeking for a long time.

I like sounding out songs – writing down the single notes –but always have a hard time figuring out a simple way to “harmonize” those notes to add a bit more interest to the measure.

I will print out the tab on this lesson and will note the names of each note, and will have a pretty simple key to finding the harmonizing notes to the songs i sound out. In addition TP gives us the chords that complement the notes. I have taken the FB course (need to review it) but this makes it very simple…(I hope) at least in the key of C …which works for me. Maybe I will figure out the formula for the key of G and that will keep me going for a long time! I am excited about this tonight.

    Comments and hints most welcome…
