Tradegy in Texas now Triumphant
In September 2023 I posted a picture of a new Taylor GS Mini that I had owned for 2 weeks before it was crushed while packing an RV in Port Arkansas TX. Several big box and independent luthiers said it was totaled and beyond repairs. Jacob Gonzales with Taylor Customer service suggested I contact David Staudte, a luthier in New Braunsfels TX. After getting the guitar to David, he said he could repair it. The last week of 2023 it was complete. David is a true craftsman.

Great to know about David, I took my Martin to Austin for repair recently but this is much closer to my home in the New Braunfels area. Looks like he did a wonderful job on your Taylor!
