This is a great song because there are so many ways to play it. As one masters new skills they can voice new arrangements and try new techniques. There are no less than 8 overlapping guitar tracks on the original recording…

I have to say the course is excellent…consider it mandatory…will allow you to expand your ability and performance. I plan to retake every 4 months or so.

I use Dunlop max grip .73 or .88 when strumming on the acoustic…Stringjoy 3.0 Acrylic when soloing. Personal preference.

This is my challenge as well…pretty frustrating really. I tend to cheat by playing a three string version or just use the Barre chord (which I have no problem with). But it has impeded my mastery of Angie (Rolling Stones).

Inspiring to hear your brief description of your journey. I am looking forward to similar progress in the next year.

I have a Parr Mule on order 😉
Now just to decide on resonator setup (Single or triple cone) and either spruce or mahogany top… have 6+ months to figure it out.

Thanks Loraine…I have watched that one but was interested in his review of the Parr Mule…maybe its hidden in an acoustic Tuesday show (recent).
