I play every day, usually multiple times per day. I work from home and have a nice home office/guitar den.
When I start my day I select a guitar and sit it next to my desk, so I dabble around with it throughout the day. Then each night after walking the dog I dedicate an hour on average to uninterrupted playing.
Then most nights I take a guitar into the living room and noodle while watching TV, usually just running through scales and chords.
