Although I’ve owned a guitar for a while, I practiced very sporadically and really without purpose. Usually just practicing easy 3 chord songs with sloppy technique and atrocious timing, not really developing any skills. Then I found Tony’s course, it’s been great. I’ve gotten better in the last 4 months than in the last 5 years practicing on my own and watching random YouTube instructional videos. As a bonus to myself for sticking with the course for a couple months, I bought myself a new Martin OOO-15, which I love and is just wonderful to play. I also have a G&L Legacy electric which I like very much as well. The goal is to get competent at playing some great old Delta Blues tunes.
