My Guitar Goal

What I'm Focused On Now

1. I plan to keep faithfully taking the daily lesson.

2. Keep sounding out a song everyday and writing down the notes with the hope to develop my ear, sharpen reading skills.

3. Continue working my way through the Noad classical guitar book.

4. Becoming more fluent in learning how to embellish the songs that I sound out by adding more notes and chords to make them more appealing and also help me learn some music theory.

5. Learn to play a new song or t7. wo half way decently,

6 Get better at transitioning to bar chords, and try to get that F chord to sound decent.

7 Play along with Tony more often…I usually skip that part of the lesson as it is usually a bit discouraging for me.

My Guitar Routine

This is How I TAC

A perfect week I would be getting up early and practicing as the sun comes up. Sadly not going to happen…I am a night owl and what works for me is to start late at night in the living room. This routine seems to work as far as practicing. Pretty much play every day.

My routine includes sounding out a song and writing down the notes…very basic.

Working on lessons from Frederick Noad’s solo guitar.

Then signing on here and taking the lesson. Sometimes I will spend an hour on it, other times barely can keep the 10 mins going.
