for me it depends on the guitar. for example, when my hd28 loses it’s luster i swap them out. i like the sound of “dead” strings on my 00015 hog, Nick Drake style. so the strings are just shy of rusty on that box.

    Dear Mr. Igigi,

Maybe Joe can help.. within this performance are hidden gems that I learned from Tony’s lessons since I’ve been coming around circa 2016. Especially some of the stuff starting at around 4:06. learning the techniques and such through any of Tony’s lessons will, without a doubt, apply to something in any guitar player’s future.

    peace.

it’s been so nice out the last few days I’ve just been playing outside more. so, i’ll work on that, playing more guitar outside. 🙂 Metronome work is a must.. I like makeing a bass guitar loop for some timing work, then I’ll hit the drums, play gitbox or grab a slab and push some air along with it. and what is wrong with anchoring Miss Pinky? seemed to work out all right for this dood.

Ruff Ruffman says, “when life gives you lemons, throw them at some cats”… I say that if you are feeling frustrated it’s time to listen to some metal for a while.. Kyuss, Oklahoma Blood, or Megadeth, maybe some Killswitch Engage.. Then again, i listen to metal just about every day. hahahahahhaha….

haha. Mr. Beans plays some of Nick’s stuff on the piano when he practices. he will be streaming some Chopin off of the ivories and all of a sudden I’m like: hey… That’s Cello Song… the intertwining of this art as magnanimously impregnating to the soul, setting up quite a vivid excursion if one is receptive to these cues.
