| Why I'm Here |
I started playing the guitar, when my best friend started teaching me chords (Barre) he was a bugger. around 1960. Never took formal lessons, tried to learn from books and others. Never really excelled.
coming up to current after about 50 years, I retired at age 75 and dug out my 1966 Gibson B-25, and started to study, and practice using You-Tube. I am trying to learn and play of practice every day. I also
bought and new guitar, a Fender CD60-S. I’m enjoying myself but am making very slow progress. Most of my trouble stems from strumming. There you have it up-to-date.
Update, I just treated myself to a brand new Taylor 214ce K DLX guitar. I Love it and can’t wait to get to practice with it. I ame strting to pick out some songs and am trying to find some neighbors to jam with.
