This Quarter’s Outcome based goals are below.

1) Put “Here, There, and Everywhere” and “It Had to be You” Instrumental Break.

2) Finger picking technique-based goal to include You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling, Blackbird, and Alice’s Restaurant It is Well with my soul, and Fairest Lord Jesus and record.

3) Flat-pick Techniques based goal to include Whiskey for Breakfast and Fisher’s Hornpipe from song vault and record.

4) Implement a review system to keep songs I have learned refreshed.

5) Improve my rhythm and timing with drum backing tracks and more metronome usage.

6) My routine-based goal is close to daily.
