Tony: Your entire team is incredible in supporting and analyzing as well as responding to virtually any issue that arises. Whenever information communication occurs primarily through the internet, there is bound to be delays or even temporary delays in communications. I find your guitar approach to teaching online innovative and encouraging, and you support advocate for multiple genres of music which I find especially appealing. Anytime that I have had a question, Victoria or another staff member has answered it or more recently the ai bot which is also helpful for most questions at least initially. Thank you for encouraging in a unique manner so many people to continue to play and to understand the music we play on the guitar.

Hello JumpinJeff: Don’t know if you’re related to Jumpin Jack Flash but I really do appreciate your responses based obviously on a long history of experience with TAC. I find TAC mesmerizing and fun. Hopefully over time I will be able to realize what you are speaking of when the educational and practice diversity of the things we learn via Tony and TAC begins to really sink in and I can apply these with greater focus and ability. It is this kind of feedback that is very helpful and encouraging. Thank you.
