I needed motivation to play guitar again after many years of absence. Now that I’m retired this program not only has improved my skills and interest in playing again, but it also has provided a forum to connect and share songs with some amazing guitar geeks.

My Guitar Goal

What I'm Focused On Now

I’m trying to get a song repertoire that I can play from memory without needing the music in front of me. When I’m in a situation to play in front of others I always choke. I’m afraid to join the live forums for that reason. I also want to improve licks, leads and hammering with my strumming and fingerpicking.

My Guitar Routine

This is How I TAC

My wife says I play two hours a day but it probably averages one hour a day but lots of my focus is learning new songs. Some days I get lost for hours though just tackling a song or trying to get it right for posting. I need to incorporate more of the skills lessons. They are not as much fun for me but I know they will move my guitar knowledge and playing skills. I like to sing when I play I guess.
