Nice job on this and the other Neil songs. This is one of my favourites. As a matter of fact, I am currently reading a book by Neil Young entitled Special Deluxe. In it he makes mention of a former colleague of mine, Allan Bates, who played with Neil and the Squires during his formative Winnipeg days .

From one “Fredhead” to another, I just wanted to say that I really liked your rendition of this song. I think Eaglesmith is a great songwriter. Thanks for giving him some exposure to our TAC community.

Really enjoyed your version. In the “Before Times” I played with a guitar and ukulele group in various eldercare homes. This song was always a hit.
