Ideally, I will continue to pick up my guitar three times a day. Once or twice for TAC and at least 15  min for playing whatever songs I’m singing lately. I usually play a bit after lunch, and once around dinner time. I’m in my office/music room/bedroom all day these days, so taking a break from work for a short strum is not so hard. Worried about getting in a few times a day as I transition back to work.
