Thanks, guys. Owen, your photo was helpful. And my first thought was that surgical precision must be required to connect a bent joint just enough to mute the high E. But when I tried it, I was surprised how effective it was. Great tips and something new to practice.

Even though I’ve had the action on my guitar adjusted, the strings still seem too high for me to play frets 5-6-7-8 smoothly. Feels like I’m jumping hurdles. I do much better on frets 1-2-3-4.

I too am confused about the tracking numbers. I’m almost 60 days into the daily challenges, have viewed them pretty much always and mark most of them completed (after which I print the tab I’m interested in and mark many of the videos as favorites). For quite some time I’ve been stuck on 24 sessions with a “streak” of 1 and “longest streak” of 5. Obviously, this is a website issue of some sort, but why even post the numbers if they mean nothing? … Unless I’m missing something.
