    I appreciate this thread. Sounds a lot like me.

    I also would like a nice paper version to prevent the computer from tempting me with the 40 others things or just not remembering where to find all the other info.

    Even if it is just an outline with where to find the digital info very quickly for the 30 day challenge. I have it all on post its but after not playing for like 60 days I am forgetting what my postits mean.
