Glad this got reposted somehow because I missed it the first time around. Can’t sound any better than you do on this song Kurt. I’ll second Bill Brown’s nomination for the the best “Play for Us” performance of the year. Thanks !

Very nice! Sounds great. You are really capo’d up there, too. Thanks for posting it.

Groovy, Niels! Guessing you don’t have close neighbors. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for the positive feedback. The lesson was about a horizontal open D scale, but I was thinking about playing “octaves” so vertical was a lot easier. In my head I was hearing Sting’s Fields of Gold. In my non-noodling state, I don’t hear that. But I do hear Wes Montgomery octave notes coming through. Big fun courtesy of Tony’s backing track.

Never knew there was such a thing as your harmonizer. But I like it, fits well here.
Enjoyed your performance.

Great old song choice, and you do it well! Listened to most of it before
remembering it was Neil Young way back when. Thanks.

Very nice rendition, Marisa! Didn’t recognize the song title but remembered the song well. Thanks for posting it.

Imagine my surprise about a year ago when I found that it was a lot easier to play
harmonica at the same time as guitar. It only works on guitar songs that I have down cold. Thanks.
