| Why I'm Here |
I have a Kiso Suzuki guitar that was built in 1975, which I found out recently is supposedly a “law suit” copy of a Martin D28.
I have had it since 1979. I learned from “Easy Guitar” books for the first few years then finally took a course of lessons in the early 80s.
Playing guitar fell away due to other interests, family commitments etc. and it then spent about about 22 years in the attic.
I found it up there about 5 years ago and started from scratch again, slowly getting back to where I was, with the help of internet tutorials, which did not exist when I let it slip way back when.
Thanks to TAC and Fretboard Wizard I am making huge progess in my playing and my understanding of how it all works. It’s a whole new world with so much to learn. I will retire this year and look forward to putting more time into my guitar journey.

I have always wanted to play to a really good standard for sing-alongs and my own pleasure.
