I am having same issue and opened a ticket to no avail. I tried my iPad pro, phone and on my iMac and seems to be better. Freezing has occurred just once but a reboot seems to have fixed it.

On play, I got a warbled sound which was annoying in trying to practice but now seems to be fine on iMac. Good luck.

Thanks. I am trying not to race through each session. I am finishing week 2 and can’t wait to move onto strumming. I love Tony’s laid hack style. Works for me. Progress not perfection!
