| Why I'm Here |
I am 23, born and raised in SW Florida. I have always had a love for music, but did not pick up an instrument until 4 years ago. I started with the acoustic guitar. To learn more about theory a friend recommended I grab a keyboard(so the notes would be laid out in linear form). I then found I really enjoyed learning new things/instruments and am thankful for any little tip that helps along the way. I picked up a banjo & mandolin to learn bluegrass fills, an uke to work on percussive strumming, harmonicas to play over my guitar… With all these avenues being explored, I find myself still gravitating towards the acoustic guitar. With training/a love for woodworking, I appreciate the craftsmanship behind them. From wood selection to body size each has its own unique sound and feel… something I find very similar in humans each with our own strengths and gifts. Being able to make music and having the ability physically is truly a blessing.

being able to play/learn music is a true blessing. Any oppurtunity that well help me understand more about something I love to do is exciting. Music is a gift to the ear & brings joy to the soul. It is quite therpeutical and keeps the mind fresh.
