In the left hand column of the web page you should see a list of activities, Daily Challenge, Skills Courses, Forums….etc. One of those is Fretboard Wizard, however Fretboard Wizard is an extra charge, but once you pay for it it’s yours for life as long as you are a TAC member.

That’s awesome@albert_d, I would have loved to attend the FB Summit, and for me it would have been an honor to have met our maker lol, congrats!

Tony did it in open D, but I believe it was recorded in open E.

If you go to my profile click on “favorites” if you know it was a Wednesday and you know the name of it click improvisation, and find it, then you can click the heart in the bottom right hand corner and make it a favorite of yours.

Very well done@Marisa, I’m currently working on that piece myself, great job 😀

Good morning @Lorraine, well I’m running a Mac, I just click on the little question mark, a black window window opens up, with a sidebar on the right. In the bottom right hand corner is a “Download” tab/button, once it’s clicked on the image opens in the Preview app and is automatically downloaded to my download folder.

Guitar Center also has a 45 day return policy, even if you order it new from them. Given your price range you can get an awesome instrument.

Very pretty instrument @chris99, personally I would have stuck with the Graphtech NuBone nut, good luck with your new baby, I would definitely give customer support a call.

I agree with @guitarjunkiesteve, whereas after my first purchase I was assigned or married to a particular sales engineer, mine being Andrew. All subsequent inquiries or orders were directed towards him, and he followed up with me and guided me with his opinions and experiences and made my purchases seem more personal. I’m still curious as to what guitar you ordered. Good luck, hang in there.

I own three guitars that I ordered from Sweetwater, in my opinion they are top notch all instruments were in pristine condition and delivered on time, I have even returned a couple due to my dislike of the guitar personal preference, no fault of theirs. The returns and credit were handled professionally and in a timely fashion. I will say this, if after a customer recieves a guitar and there is something wrong with it and is sent back for whatever reason, it goes to the head of the list, they are a world wide company with a tremendous volume so any initial upgrades are done in the order they are received. May I ask with guitar you ordered? In regard to the bone nut, which in my opinion is a very porous and inconsistent material, if the guitar came stock with a Tusq nut my opinion I would have stuck with the Tusq.

I had one, pretty good instruments, Their claim to fame is true, “easy play” action and neck relief was awesome, however they are not made here in the states, and their support system sucks. I returned it.
