My Guitar Goal

What I'm Focused On Now

4/5/2023 90 Day Party Goal Setting

1.  To still be playing and having fun.  I want to have a consistent habit of picking up the guitar and continuing the journey regardless of perfection.  I want to feel comfortable holding the guitar and to have enough basics to play a simple song.

2. To play Down By The Bay for my family when we meet up at my parent’s home in June. To sing with my nieces and nephews and to enjoy time with my brothers and all my family.

3. To follow through with a promise to a friend to play at our local Open Mic on June 21st.  (Follow the Sun?)

 

Bonus: My old unachieved (yet) goal rollover – “I want to sit on my porch with a cup of coffee and play a simple version of the song Souvenirs by John Prine while the birds are singing.”

My Guitar Routine

This is How I TAC

Weekdays I plan on playing on the grey Livingroom couch after I finish my work day.  I’ll close my work computer and open my guitar computer.  3 day target, 10 min per day.

Weekends I plan on playing in the morning with a cup of coffee on the grey Livingroom couch.  I will focus on songs or skills that will help me reach my goals after my TAC session.  2 day target, 1 hr per day.
