My Guitar Goal

What I'm Focused On Now

Since I’m starting again, in the next 90 days, I want to find some fingers again, remember some chords, play a few gospel hymns I used to be familiar with, but…I really want to explore the fretboard and just chords and notes, begin to spend time in the forums, participating where I can and maybe sorta get to know someone.

I want to do more than go down the same path that leads to boredom and lack of enjoyment.

My Guitar Routine

This is How I TAC

In a perfect 7 day week, I’d like to pick up the guitar say 5 days.  I work day job, but at home most of the week. If I can get out of the bad habit of working thru lunch when I’m home, I should be able to play then some anyway.

I’ll play in a bedroom where my guitar is kept. No children at home so that’ll work fine.

Why I'm Here

I’m one of those guys that pick up the guitar, play for a while, than fall off due to lack of involvement with others combined with lack of helpful guidance on how to progress. In the end, there’s no enjoyment.
I’m wanting to begin again, but change the effort to include understanding more of music in general, explore the fretboard and different chords and notes, see if I can find a place to belong in the forums. These things should supplement my playing, resulting in much more enjoyment and growth.
