Cadgirl, should I finish the 30 Days segment before going to the 5 day challenge, or concurrent?

Kevin, my back story is very similar to yours. While still working on the 30 days to play effort, I can see glimpses of what or how I might play a song or hymn that I couldn’t before by applying what I’m learning on TAC. In part, it seems TAC creates a tool or skills box from which we that’s strum pattern or finger picking something and try using it, or an approximation of it, on something we like. Maybe it works, maybe not quite or not at all. So, take something else out of the toolbox and go again.

Thanks Loraine, I have to say I was excited to start on the very first thing in the 30 days to play. Maybe sounds silly, but it’s been a long time since I e been excited about playing something new on my guitar.

I’ll try and save the Journal as a word doc. Funny, but wanting to keep record of how my playing is going or not going is new to me also. Guess that’s part of the point of how things are set up.
