I am coming back to guitar and would like to re-start my guitar journey.  I am one of those people who have so many books like you mentioned in your video ….I laugh as I write this

I have just received a mini-bass guitar from our son as a gift and would like to learn how to play along with him and others.  To learn the fret board beyond the fifth fret, and  try to create some interesting bass riffs or I should say learn some interesting bass riffs.

I can read music very well, but I would like to improve my playing without relying on sheet music if it’s not too late….lol…(I’m pretty old)

I will greatly appreciate any tips you can offer.   And I know about paying for those 100 dollar per month lessons….lol
