Thanks for the replies. I saw a hint elsewhere on Youtube, to use your strumming hand to keep time instead of your foot or something. This keeps your hand moving, even if you don’t strum or make a full strumming motion. I will try this.

I am new to TAC. I have been playing guitar for years. But mostly finger picking and strumming to stationary chords rather than moving my fretting fingers on the fretboard. So glad I am not the only one who has this problem. I have a super flying pinkie. Thanks for the drill SKyman911. I will try that.
